Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide a sacred space for Members to exercise their God-given spiritual and religious rights through education, researching, testing, partaking, and cultivating Sacraments for healing purposes in a secure and supportive Church environment. We operate with a commitment to safeguarding the integrity of our Sacraments and preventing their diversion for illegal purposes. All Sacraments are blessed in ceremony by the Elders, rigorously tested, and inspected for the highest quality of medical-grade & religious use products. All sacraments come from Members, affiliates, and branches of Sugarleaf Church.

Purpose: The purpose of the Church is to offer a safe and compassionate platform for the education, donation-based provision, transportation, and cultivation of Sacraments to Church Members who require them for their spiritual journey with greater enlightenment and relationship to their Creator.

Statement of Faith: Sugarleaf is an Omni-Denominational Interfaith Church welcoming people of all races, nationalities, religions, ages, disabilities, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, and lifestyles without prejudice or judgment. We aim to protect the practice of spiritual traditions, ensuring no person’s rights are violated or harmed.

We believe in an individual’s freedom to choose a God-given Sacrament, and our mission is to spread love, unity, respect, forgiveness, and spiritual healing. We fight against the unjust “War on Drugs” and advocate for the use of Sacred Plants/Fungi in spiritual practices.

Governing Law: This agreement operates under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA) and the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Ownership Acknowledgment & Agreement to a Lien on Sacrament

——————————————————–

As a member of the Church, I  am fully aware that I am in full ownership of the Sacrament I receive and have ownership rights over said Sacrament from the moment it is cultivated on behalf of the Church. That when I provide cash proceeds I am merely reimbursing the Church for the time, travel, laboratory testing, maintenance and upkeep of the Sacrament provided within. I am by no means “paying for” or “purchasing” my Sacrament as I already have ownership over said Sacrament.

I acknowledge that Sugarleaf Church is providing me with my Sacrament which requires regular maintenance and upkeep of which I acknowledge I must reimburse Sugarleaf Church at the amount deemed necessary by Sugarleaf Church Clergy to cover these overhead costs. I acknowledge that a portion of the reimbursement I provide to Sugarleaf Church is also applied towards the Sacrament needed for other members of this association that are unable to afford to pay for these overhead costs associated with obtaining their medication. I thus authorize Sugarleaf Church to maintain possession of said Sacrament until the time I have reimbursed Sugarleaf Church for the overhead costs associated with the quantity of Sacrament that is reasonably related to my religious needs.

Warning: Anyone caught with a Sacrament in state or federal jurisdictions may face unlawful criminal charges. Never speak to law enforcement without Reverend Heidi or your attorney present. Salt City Sanctuary is not liable for any medical issues that may arise. I agree to consult a medical professional before use.

Legal Representation: Reverend Heidi uses Joseph Tully as her criminal lawyer; he does not represent Sugarleaf Church. Members must retain their own legal counsel at their own expense.

Agreement and Commitment: I agree and commit to the terms and conditions of the Sugarleaf Guidelines.

Must Be 21+ to join.
